I use Walgreens all the time! Tried placing an order on 1/7/26 got an error message, my FSA card was charged, it was a task to reach the store manager. The shift lead put on another shift lead after requesting to speak with the store manager. I have to wait 5 days for a report, then if its on the report they have to send it to head offices....with todays technology this process is severely outdated. I agree with the other reviews, Walgreens is going down fast....so frustrated at this point.

When my pharmacy was suddenly closed this weekend, I called the Griegos location and they immediately were able to help. My prescription was ready in less than two hours from when I called in to have it transferred. The associate, Annette, was very sweet and helpful in getting my order ready quickly. Thank you for the positive experience today.

This pharmacy staff is awesome! I made a huge mistake transferring my mother's prescription over to the Walgreens pharmacy on Carlisle & Lomas, which was a horrible experience! Thankfully, I took a chance on calling Walgreens pharmacy on 4th & Griegos, where they are professional respectful and knowledgeable. Finally got the prescription filled.

the pharmacy people are real friendly and helpfull...they make me good everytime i get my medication. most of the time i dont have to wait either.

Walgreens is going downhill fast. They’re understaffed, overworked, service in stores are lousy, service in pharmacies are lousy. They used to be a brand we could rely on, but I was 10 back then.
