I used to love this Walgreens but they have some of the worst staff working there now. They're rude, condescending and over talking you. I told them I uploaded a new card to pay for my scripts through their app over 2 weeks ago and it's still not showing up. My old card that I deleted was still there incorrectly so they were rude and condescending to me acting like I didn't know how to use their app right. He tried to tell me it's not saved because there wasn't a security code entered. If he knew how to use it right then he would know you can't save it without the security code. I also cancelled one of my prescriptions at the same time and it's still showing up when I log in. I tried to show them that and they said they weren't IT so they don't know why. One girl said technology can be wonky and they don't take Ipay. I don't have an iPhone so I can't use Ipay so I'm not paying out of pocket just because your website is 'wonky'. I need reliability. I logged in through the chat in the app and they confirmed my card showed up. I don't trust people who don't know how to use a system and then blame me.

the worst pharmacy ever. convinced that nobody there takes their job seriously (except the one lady who actually helped me). i see multiple reviews saying people have been told “they’re on back order”…. i ordered my prescription 4 MONTHS AGO! 2 workers told me they ordered my prescriptions on different days and each time they said they’re on back order. all it is is benzoyl peroxide wash. i have a hard time believing for 4 months they couldn’t get access to a topical wash. just called right now and the lady told me she didn’t see anything on file for my orders. so the workers lied about ordering it for me. she got it for me the same day which i appreciate. something weird is going on at that pharmacy and i can’t pinpoint what it is. but multiple patients being told they don’t have their medication for months on end is very suspicious. luckily for me it was only a face wash and not something live saving like insulin.

The store is nice. Everything you want for a Walgreens. The "rewards" however are stupid. We got a "coupon" for $6.00 off our next purchase BUT this fine print is that it's not actually a coupon... it gives you $6.00 in rewards not $6.00 off your order. So we asked how many rewards do we have? Oh they can't tell you that. You can either use your current "rewards" OR get the $6.00 added to your account. How does this make sense? Gotta do better Walgreens. If you give a "coupon" for $$ of your "next purchase" then GIVE a coupon not a "reward" you can't use until you spend more. Ugh. Frustrating.

Okay, if you're going to be selling your cool mist walgreens humidifiers that take round filters, at least have replacement filters for us to buy...Jeez, do your job and order some or I'll just take my business to amazon or walmart.
