The staff here in the pharmacy have zero customer service skills. Janessa is so incredibly rude and dismissive. She cannot handle any type of pressure being busy. Instead of having any compassion for her patients she’s rude & condescending and not helpful. Over the past few months I’ve really struggled with keeping this as my pharmacy for myself and my Family due to the Constant rude employees. I have a recorded call from another pharmacy associate named Lisa who was so rude I honestly want to post the call to see what others think about the way they treat people here. It seems like you’re only hired here if you’re incredibly rude. I’ve dealt with them losing prescriptions!! Ringing up insurance incorrectly and telling me oh well they can’t refund it, to speak to a manager who fixed it but only after going back and forth & saying the issue could be fixed, I was told no it could not when it was fixed my the manager quite easily. This place needs to re train their employees to be kinder to people you have no idea what people are going through and if you work in the medical field you should have some sort of compassion and customer care.

The pharmacist and her workers are rude. They never have meds in stock, and you can’t ask why or how long because they’re more and reply when they get there. My issue is with a recent order. I was seen in urgent care on Friday February 13 and my sugar was at 570 and they were able to bring down to t 375. I had strep and some infected canker sores. Well guess what? Yup Walgreens did not have any in stock so I had to wait, long story short I got my penicillin and magic mouthwash Sunday February 15. Requested the remaining to be delivered today. Yippee, and guess what, they didn’t have record of the order to be placed for delivery, but by golly they charged my card for it. I asked the pharmacist if I veld be reimbursed for the delivery and she said no because she didn’t have a transaction ID for item and I told her I do. She totally ignored that, but she went on to say that she can’t just give meds for free. I replied that I wasn’t asking her for free meds, and be besides she’s not the one to give anything free it’s Walgreens, she was just the pharmacist, an employee like everyone there. Well I guess that didn’t sit right with her because she hung up. Well it didn’t end there, I made my own calls.

I gotta give NIKAYA a big shout out. She was so patient with me, on my last 2 visits. She didn't rushed, helped me at the register to find out which medications, I qualified for. She, is super sweet and such a good worker. I can't thank her enough for her patience with me. I know, I will be visiting again.

Honestly I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for about a year now. I live across the street so I visit often for snacks, needs and baby stuff. Every single time I’ve been in the workers here are honestly just dead. They act like zombies and have little to none communication skills and I feel like they all hate their job, life or just me in general. Makes me hesitant to go in the store. I went in today around 3pm Jan 3rd 2026 and a women was working, can’t quite remember her name but it started with a T. She was absolutely amazing, had a small conversation with my partner and I she was just an absolute ray of sunshine. This location needs more of her. Give her a raise.

Went there to pick up a prescription tonight. My kid has the flu. Worst worst experience ever. I cant get into all hoops I had to jump through. I can't believe how frustrating it is to deal with kind of service. Lets just say if you can send your prescription to another location I definitely would. Worst ser ice ever!
