I've been going to this Walgreens Pharmacy for over 3 years now and always had decent service. They lack organization when distributing my prescriptions for my chronic mental illness. For example, I get xy and z in the middle of the month and then ab and c at the end of the month. Not a big deal, but for being a loyal customer or a functioning pharmacy they should be able to accomplish this task, specifically for people with chronic illnesses. The reason why I'm giving it a one star today is because I thought hmmm instead of going to my usual clinic for my flu vaccine I'll give Walgreens a chance. They always advertise how quick and easy it is. So I went onto the app and scheduled an appointment for the flu vaccine and they had me enter all my health insurance information and to bring the physical cards to the appointment. I was never asked for them. The Walgreens app also had me check other vaccines I was interested in. I was. I checked shingles, cause I had a friend get it and he said it was one of the worse experiences of his life. I also checked the Covid-19 booster which said was now available. In reality, the associate addressed my concerns in a condescending tone of voice that I could not be approved for a shingles vaccine because of their company's policy. Walgreens isn't the NIH or the CDC. On top of that I was explained that the Covid booster was not yet available. No surprise there. I asked the associate, why so many inconsistencies with the app's advertisements and services compared to the service I was given. He replied he's not a "tech" guy. Last time I go here for a quick and easy vaccination(s). Last time I come here for my prescriptions too. Too bad they won't be filling my $1200s a month worth of prescriptions anymore. Hire some real programmers and customer service representatives.

This review is solely regarding the pharmacy! Very rude and incompetent. Dray is the pharmacist according to her coworkers. Rude and disrespectful. Gestapo like in her attitude. Not at all about the customer. One of those types that is going to argue to be right even when they’re wrong. Walgreens you need to deal with this lady and remove het from representing your organization.

Doc sent script in on Wednesday early morning. Only one was ready out of four. Asked said tomorrow after 4. Checked and still in progress. Friday pharmacy associate said today after 4. I will be having doc send scripts to Amazon from now on. At least they deliver.

This pharmacy is horrible! Dont get your prescriptions from here. They close whenever they want, they're prescriptions are never ready when they say they'll be and the people that answer the phone are always rude. 0 stars

I used to love this pharmacy - it's close to my house and the staff was always helpful and friendly. However, now I groan anytime I have to call or have any contact with them. The pharmacist specifically has a bad attitude and makes me feel like a burden. She'll sigh and get short with me. I was starting to take it personally until I read the other negative reviews, but she's apparently just rude to everyone. The staff will also hang up on me. There are times when I know the app and/or automated system will tell me I need to talk to a person directly, so I call. I can hear the receiver pick up, hear noise in the background, then click. 5 times in a row! Multiple times over the last few months! If you don't want to deal with the public, then work elsewhere. Patients need help, and their medications are important! I really hope the bad apples at this location move on and find jobs they're happy with, so new staff can come in who understand how important the patient's needs are.
