-0 stars. My experience at this location was extremely frustrating. The store manager- “Madeline” spent over an hour on her phone and completely dismissed us. I first arrived at 5:10 to get passport photos taken, the cashier in the front advised would have to get a different worker for the photos. After about 20 minutes of her requesting help for passport photos, no one had arrived nor addressed us. I then walked over to cash register and asked once again, please send someone to photo services. Cashier rudely laughed and said “I already called them”. We waited until she finally walked away from the cash register and began accessing computer in the photo services department, she then said “a manager is who needs to take them”. At that point we realized it wasn’t her fault, nor was she the manager so we had no other choice but to wait. We kept the patience and waited for a very long time, Madeline kept walking in and out of the store.. walked behind counters and the registers and kept phone on her ear.. as she walked around, unprofessionally talking very loud to the point you can listen to the conversation from the hallways she walked over to- where we were standing. I finally then realized both employees were the only employees working sales floor, I walked over to “store manager” Madeline. I asked her if she was the manager and she said “yes, I am” and continued her conversation on the phone and completely DISMISSED me and proceeded to walk away.. before she completely vanished from the hallway she was standing in, I asked if she was on the clock- and she replied “YES.” - & proceeded to say “ Yes, I’m on a very important phone call with my sons clinic” This behavior is completely inappropriate, unacceptable and unprofessional. At that point we had already been in store FOR OVER 50 MINUTES!! (I should have taken a photo of her 🤦🏻‍♀️) She quickly ended her call right after I questioned being on the clock and her name- she assisted us and we were out of the store 5 minutes after that. This experience has made me reconsider EVER returning to this location. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR MANAGEMENT.

The employees at this location genuinely do not care and are beyond rude, All of their lunchables are expired and we could see that there was a box in the back of them so we asked if they could go check that box because literally every single lunchable they had in stock for customers was expired by multiple days/weeks She was super rude. Tried telling us they don’t have stock in the back and when we told her, we could literally see them she Told is if that’s what we wanted. It was gonna be over 20 minutes before she could have someone look . EVEN THOUGH there was only one other person in the store with us shopping at the time she wasn’t busy by any means and clearly doesn’t do her job checking dates 🤮

This review is for the pharmacy. I do want to add that I highly recommend Amazon Pharmacy if you have monthly prescriptions to fill, so easy to work with and a much smoother experience than this location. This Walgreens pharmacy is consistently a headache. We often use this location to fill prescriptions after urgent care visits for our kids, and it is never a smooth process. A prescription was sent to this pharmacy yesterday at 2:30 PM. As of 6:30 PM today, it still has not been filled. Yesterday at 6 PM, we were told it wasn't ready and would be available by 8 PM. Today, we went in at 1 PM and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. It wasn't. We called again at 5 PM and were told it still wasn't ready. At 6 PM, we spoke with a pharmacy tech who transferred us to the dispensary, we’ve been waiting over 45 minutes with no one answering. The pharmacy tech confirmed they have the medication on site, but said they are "just behind." I have to add that she didn't sympathize with the situation. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when filling urgent care prescriptions for children. The lack of communication, follow-through, and reliability makes this pharmacy very difficult to deal with.

I have been trying to get my EpiPen filled in the pharmacy since April. My Dr office sent in the prior authorization the day the prescription was sent in. It took Walgreens a month to process it. I went back last week to get this life saving medication finally and they told me they didn’t have any in stock and to come back in a few days. Went back today and was told the prior authorization expired and I had to do the entire process over again because of their incompetence.

The wait times for the pharmacy are RIDICULOUS!! I shouldn't have to wait for an hr for a script pick up. This seems to be an issue at most walgreens. Not sure what the problem is. Perhaps you need to hire more staff.
