Danny at the Pharmacy is very professional and patient. He took the time to help figure out my insurance and stayed calm through the storm. My son had dental surgery today, and being from out of town, his professionalism helped my time here go smoothly. Thanks Danny!

Just look at how many one stars reviews this place gets. I’ve been on hold for 27 minutes, during which time I could hear someone picking up at least five times and sending me right to hold without saying “please hold.“ I’ll get my prescriptions from CVS from now on. I hope you don’t need to call this place cause they don’t answer the phone.

I thought customer service was obsolete until I met the young pharmacy tech who works up front named Daniel. His genuine care for each person-even when the lines are long and everybody is grouchy, has been second to none. I was seriously going to transfer pharmacies until Daniel helped me! He treated everyone like a family member and, to say the least, I was impressed!!🔥 Please hire more like this young man and Walgreens will get a major upgrade- thank you! 🙏🏼 (Walgreens at 3501 Lomas)

I am a First Responder for the city of Albuquerque. I responded to a call at this location about unhoused individuals in the parking lot. After my call I purchased water and lotion. I asked the manager if I may use their restroom she rudely told No! The public can not use the restroom! I understand rules and regulations but when it comes to first responders assisting you, there could have been an exception made. Will not return to this location.

I didn't even want to give this walgreens a 1 star.. I have never in my life met or talked to a pharmacist that was sooooo rude and mean.. I didn't say anything for him to come.at me sideways like that all for a number I needed to transfer my script from cvs to walgreens .I got a little.confused about the phone number to walgreens but when I figured it out I told him and I apologized for the confusion.. when I had asked of he was the pharmacist he said yes and I told him how rude.he was being well he went and blamed me saying I was rude when I wasn't. I am more than capable of owning up to it if I DID OR SAY SOMETHING RUDE.. But that pharmacist omg I'm definitely praying for him tonight..
