I unfortunately agree with the negative reviews of the pharmacy. I stick with this place only because of convenience to my home and the fact that I can always find a walgreens when I travel. Ridiculously long wait times, meds not ready when promised and not too long ago they claimed to be out of a med I needed asap and that it wouldn't be available for 48 hours. I expressed my unhappiness with that (politely..I do not ever take out my frustrations on workers) and 15 minutes later they magically found they DID have my med and filled it. .....

CVS CVS CVS is right across the street (seriously a 15 second walk). Do yourself a favor and go there. Only go to the Walgreens pharmacy if you enjoy a week delay in getting your prescriptions filled. I take an anti depressant and it is very hard to deal with the swings of having to start and stop my meds so frequently. I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could.

DO NOT use this pharmacy. You are gambling with your health if you need time sensitive medication. They don’t give a fig. They blew off filling the script and when we requested that they send it to another pharmacy, they sent it back to the urgent care that was closed due to national holiday. I now have to wait an additional day for the urgent care to open or spend more time and money while sick to go get a prescription from a different urgent care. I am on hold with this pharmacy for 50 minutes to talk to a pharmacist and there are STILL two callers ahead of me. I truly believe they would leave me here for hours on hold and then just close up shop instead of answering my call. The attitude of the pharmacy staff is absolutely abysmal. I rarely leave reviews and I am never disrespectful or complain to staff but I could not refrain from saying something here. As someone with an autoimmune issue, it is already difficult enough to navigate - having to deal with a pharmacy where staff are rude AND inept is beyond the pale.

Had a question about my medication so they asked me to go to the side ok cool I get there the tech can’t even stop doing what she’s doing and walk to the counter and Rudely says yea you got a question? And she still can’t come to the counter so now she’s disrespecting my privacy and now everyone can here my question because I have to speak louder and she responds loud totally unprofessional and unethical and she was rude on top of it. I’m sorry you had to do your job that you get paid for but show some respect and be ethical.

Horrid pharmacy! Absolutely unacceptable that this pharmacy CLOSES EARLY whenever they damn well feel like it! And when they are actually open they never ever have my prescriptions ready. The wait takes forever. The staff seem miserable and I am constantly hearing them talk shit or complain that several staff didn't show up or someone just walked out on their shift. Apparently staff and customers alike hate this place. Do yourself a favor and believe all of these bad reviews. They are all true. My mom has been without medication because they won't fill it or they can't stay open long enough for it to be picked up. I am switching 4 different people to a local pharmacy tomorrow. Beyond done with this horribly managed pharmacy. What a joke! Seriously they should be reported.
