This Pharmacy is horrible!!! Pharmacist was rude and said a prescription would not be filled for 3 hours. The Dr. put sent the scrip 2 hours prior to that. I watched the Dr. push the script through the system before we left. Pharmacist said another Walgreens could fill it faster. I drove there and they said they could fill it in 15 minutes. I asked the Pharmacist to see if she could call the other Pharmacy to transfer to them. She said no! That is your responsibility. When did Walgreens Pharmacy become so horrible!? Very disappointed!

The staff are amazing, clientele not so much. They need to hire full time security instead of locking every item up. We had good times Walgreens, its time for us to part ways. Cheers.

So go in my pajamas this a.m , mind you its already 11:00 in the A.M. Thinking my daughters prescriptions are already ready. The hospital two days ago sent them in. They were closed yesterday for a holiday. SO I sit in this long line for drive through...still sitting there an hr later. Decide to go in. Of course another line! All because the woman helping rhe first woman is still trying to find another prescription of the lady at the counter. Finally the woman tells the staff member helping her ...um.. there is two prescriptions in the bag??? So, line starts moving again. This whole time I'm watching the guy at the drive through window...still helping the car that was there to begin with. He's standing by the pharmacist filling the prescriptions just watching her. Tell the people to come back! He was waiting for the pharmacist to fill that one persons order. So i Finally get my turn none for mine has even been started . The checkout lady proceeded to tell me I would have to come back after three. So i ask can't u just fill my script sooner? My kiddo is real sick n needs them. The woman walks to.the pharmacist and they sit there having there conversaition with each other n i see both of them rolling there eyes. She walks back over n tells me the pharmacist said no that the soonest they can fill is after 2?? Three more hours?? So I literally am like begging this woman n the pharmacist comes over n says there is about 300 people in front of you so we can't do that. Seems to me im watching you cater to the person at the window while everyone waits an hr behind so u could fill theres right away?? This place has the rudest staff ever! N im not just saying because they wouldnt fill my daughters. Im saying cuz they are!! There is no compassion in there voices or actions . All of the four workers behind the counter are moving at the slowest pace like they are doing it on purpose!! All the pharmacist could tell me is if i dont like it i can go to a diffrent pharmacy. This isn't the first time I have dealt with them being like this. It's always!! Never a nice person ever! My problem is its the closest pharmacy ughh...I tried calling after 2 no answer ever so I still don't know if it's ready?? I tried calling a diffrent department who is now claiming they are under staffed?? How? I was there. They have enough people!!! So frustrated:(

This pharmacy is by the worst and all of Albuquerque! Nobody ever answers their phone at the pharmacy! When a doctor calls in a new prescription, it shouldn’t take more than a few hours to refill it. I have done business with Albertson’s takes an hour. I’ve done business with Costco takes an hour. I have done business with various pharmacies yet Walgreens is the only pharmacy that you’ll be lucky if you get your prescription within five days. When doctors prescribe new prescriptions that means you need your medicine! I have no idea what the staff does there but apparently they’re absolutely worthless. I highly recommend anybody that has their prescriptions filled there to change to a different pharmacy and it’s just not this particular Walgreens pharmacy. They’re all the same absolutely worthless. Walgreens is a dyeing entity and should’ve gone out of business a long time ago!

Worst Pharmacy. They are constantly short handed and can't fill a prescription for days. I called and waited 45 minutes on hold and the Pharmacist told me that he would pull it and have it filled the next day. I show up the next day and its not ready again and there's no Pharmacist to check the prescriptions that day, so how its going to be ready again the next day, I seriously doubt it! I feel bad for customers that really cant do without there medications. They should not be open if theres no help because customers need their prescriptions, not whenever. I wont go back! Not worth the hassle!
