I cant recall going into a Walgreens and the visit ever being memorable. And I say this thanks to the three employees at the Golf Course and Paradise store I interacted with. (One young female at the photo area, young male who stated it was his second day and another male at the front register) All three were very kind, willing to go above and beyond for me, and doing it with a smile the entire time. They genuinely dont realize how much their kindness affected me. Thank you

It’s a “Pharmacy” but the pharmacy has a sign (posted on the door) that the pharmacy is closed. NOT closed due to hours of the day, it appears to be something else. Ordered photos on line. Got texted they were ready. Total time from order to pickup about an hour. There was one employee working and he was in the photo department. He had difficulty locating my photos, there appeared to be only about 4-6 total orders in the boxes behind the counter. He asked me something which remains a mystery because either he was eating food or he had a mouth full of marbles. He is impossible to understand. When he handed me my receipt he took the deliberate time to scrunch it up into a mess before handing to me. Frankly a new low in “customer service” was achieved.

Pretty sad honestly. Tried leaving a different Walgreens Pharmacy because of how horrible they were only to experience same thing. Twice now I've come to find the pharmacist incorrectly reviewed and input my Rx causing issues with insurance. The sad part is that the pharmacist is the second point in process to confirm accuracy of Rx after technician enters in... To top it off? Even after explaining their mistake and getting them to understand they refused to call my insurance. Most pharmacies assist in this matter acting as the patient advocate when it comes to insurance billing issues. Nope, they claim they don't do that... I was a tech ten years back and that was majority of my job description! Quality is the literal last priority of any Walgreens from what I've come to experience..

Walgreens is really going down. I just witnessed a very rude cashier actually yelling with attitude at a customer that was clearly struggling to understand the pricing on something. The employee kept yelling at least 4 times "I already told you how this pricing works before you paid!". What ever happened to being a bigger person and giving good patient customer service with kindness. Guess those days are over. It seems this employee really felt the need to win the argument. Then, when the customers husband tried to take the cart outside the employee yelled at him for that. When the customers reported this to another employee she was uninterested with no response to the customers concern. Hopefully this was not the manager. As an impartial witness, the customers were clearly in the right just trying to figure out pricing. Unfortunately, this is not the only thing like this I have seen at Walgreens over the years. Every time it has been a young employee yelling at an elderly customer. Once I had to come to another customers defense it was so bad. Walgreens needs to invest in some serious customer service training for their employees. It's disgusting.

Walgreens all across America is seeing understaffing especially in the pharmacy. Running the stores and pharmacy on ghost crews is very unsafe for both customers and associates. With the 7% $39 BILLION sales increase there's no excuse for not paying a living wage and being staffed properly.
