Staff are always very helpful. It has a great location for me, very close to my very good friend that I visit the most often. Pharmacy line is usually very short when I go there, few other times very long and slow though - and still only have one person working the med pick up.

Went to the Menaul/Eubank location. Needed to exchange a beauty product. Was assisted by Elizabeth who was very kind, friendly & helpful. She took the time to find what I needed. I really appreciate her willingness to help me. If you ever need anything in the beauty section you need to ask for Elizabeth, she’s the best!

It was my first time at this location to pickup my prescription and it didn't take long at all. The associate was very helpful and kind. I had no problems getting in or out. The store was very clean.

Pros: It's a great location, employees are helpful and considerate, store is clean. Cons: lots of shoplifters, so almost everyone is suspect, no carts or baskets so that makes shopping for more than a few items difficult, and the lone ranger anthem plays at full volume (outside).

Tried to move a recent prescription from another Walgreens on Indian School and Wyoming who had let it sit and not filled it at all. Then, of course, that Walgreens pharmacy unexpectedly closed for two days with no warning. They told me they could get it by Tuesday. It is now Tuesday and now I get a notice that my prescription is available in my account if I want to order it. What? I thought I already did that and it would be here by Tuesday. Nope. It is anticipated to be ready by Thursday. I've been a week without my prescribed medication. Walgreens is unreliable. Update 02/26/26 Guess what, it's now Thursday. It's still not ready. If you absolutely need your medication for an acute or chronic illness, look elsewhere. It seems this location is hoping that their customers perish before submitting a review.
