I just want to say THANK YOU to Stacy in the Pharmacy at the Walgreens at 7500 Wornall Road in Kansas City. My husband had a prescription sent there from his medical provider, and we had some questions about availability and cost. Stacy answered the phone when I called and spent quite a bit of time with me. She carefully asked what my questions were, gathered all my information, researched my questions and, when she couldn't find the answer, discussed the case with the pharmacy supervisor. At the end of the call, she was able to thoroughly answer my questions and checked to ensure that I didn't need anything else at that time. What EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you, Stacy, for your kind understanding of my situation, for your tenacious sleuthing to obtain the answers to my questions, and for truly taking the time to ensure I was thoroughly cared for. I appreciate you!

Customer service was disappointing. The location has two drive-thru lanes, but one was apparently out of service. Instead of placing a clear sign or directing traffic, the cashier continued assisting only the lane closest to her without acknowledging the other. When I asked if the lane was closed, she simply responded “yes” and mentioned there had been a sign, but offered no apology or further assistance. The lack of communication and customer care made the experience frustrating.

This pharmacy is horrible! The staff is so freaking slow. My meds where sent in by urgent care. I was in line for 35mins waiting. This is ridiculous. And the order was sent in at 9:20 am. 2hr& 30 mins later still no meds DAMN.

Pharmacy needs to get it together my prescription is NEVER ready. Even calling it it what is the deal. Then you receive countless text or voicemail saying your prescription is ready when you get there it's nit and they say EVERY TIME that was a mistake (a mistake that keeps happening) wasting folks gas and time.

The staff was so nice and curti. Is they talk to me? Show me where the items that I was looking for, small talk. Just absolutely a great visit. I will always be back. Thank you so much, walgreen, employees.I have a great wonderful evenin
