On 6/1/26 at 6:00 pm my 82 year old mother was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to reach the pharmacy following her Dr visit and no one answered. She sent me over to go through the drive-thru RX. I arrived at 6:45 and waited behind two cars and do you think the guy in there who looked out the window at me would have informed me that they were closed at 7 PM. No. They just left me sitting there. The hours sign was blocked so I could not see they were closed.

I waited 3 hours on the phone for the pharmacy and then was kicked off the call. After calling back it said there were more than three callers ahead of me for another hour and a half. I have yet to actually get a hold of a person from the pharmacy via phone.

The communication skills and attitude of the employees here is diabolical the way they treat people is disgraceful they should go back into some form of training they do not know how to have a conversation straight up rude 0/10 customer service skills
