I’m writing to express serious concern about the ongoing issues at your store/pharmacy. The pharmacy is frequently closed without notice due to staffing issues and prescriptions are taking five or more days to fill. This level of service is unacceptable and puts customers in difficult positions, especially when medication is time-sensitive. The store itself also needs immediate attention. The exterior lot is consistently trashy, basic maintenance and exterior improvements are overdue, and there are trip hazards and exterior lights that are out. The pharmacy drive-thru window is filthy and reflects poorly on the brand. I am asking that these issues be addressed promptly and thoroughly. Walgreens has long been a trusted name in many communities, and I hope to see this location brought back up to the standard your customers expect and deserve.

Have never needed to write a review but would like to voice my concern for the unprofessionalism the store manager holds. I went in and purchased 3 12-packs and notice a sign saying buy two get the third free. I went up to the register and was told that something was wrong when ringing them up and that the product was not the sodas that were for the promotion. So I went back to the spot where the 12-packs were on this palate and took a photo of what the sign said for the promotion and went to show the cashier. I then realized that the sign said the sale ended the day before. Usually in situations like this when I worked at Walgreens you would have to honor that since the employees did not take down the signage. But the store manager just rudely said that was not allowed and that his brother was a higher up and didn’t allow that. Which I had no problem with paying for all three of the 12-packs but I don’t think that’s a store manager should be speaking to customers with such disrespect and making such a big deal to state that we were in the wrong. He acted as if we were trying to get over on him when I simply just wanted to voice how a policy was used when I worked at Walgreens not even 2 years ago.

I had my Medication put under a Refill Process But... I come 2 Hours Later Too find they Didn't Even Process them... Almost makes me Regret changing Walgreens from the up-Road State Avenue Walgreens that I usually Went too until I got my Apartment

If you want a pharmacy that answers the phone, DO NOT choose this location. I feel terrible for the staff. They should close the pharmacy if they are not able to staff it properly.

If I could give it a NO STAR I would. I ordered 2 canvases online for a gift and received an email saying it was delayed. I called the next day to see if it was ready for pick up, was told the worker did not know how to print the canvas. I called today and spoke to the “manager” about the situation and he said he doesn’t have a clue about the photo department or how to work anything and to who I spoke to. There is no communication whatsoever and it’s upsetting that it was not ready in time to give as a gift. He then became “shift lead” and not manager. He, “Shift lead” or “manager” was not professional in anyway. He raised his voice and then got upset when I returned the same energy.
