Terrible place went there for my medical supplies for diabetes. The staff was so rude I whould rather go to Lawrence and get it from there than ever go to this auful disgusting place in Kansas City Kansas ever again in my entire life it was sooooooo bad and when I say bad I mean bad Frankly I am disappointed in Walgreens for being this bad service was terrible and it was disgusting in there while recommend to no one not even my worst enemy in the whole entire world 🌎

Ridiculously lazy staff at this location. Walked in at 5 am to use the restroom and they didn't let me. What kind of 24-hr pharmacy has their restrooms closed? Thought we lived in America

Sadly I'm about to be sick from not having the medicine i need because Walgreens feels like it's okay to close a store for extended periods of time..WITHOUT NOTICE. MY PRESCRIPTION CANT BE FILLED BECAUSE THEY ARENT IN THE PHARMACY TO APPROVE MY TRANSFER!!! I WILL NEVER USE WALGREENS AGAIN.

The one star is that they are polite. They are always polite employees. They never have the right thing. It takes a very long time for them to do anything. They don't fix problems with anything, causing you to have to re explain the same issue over and over, the automated system doesn't let you refill certain things over the phone for no specific reason at all. Typical wyco quality.

My Dr. called in a script, I gave them a day to fill it and when I showed up first they said they had no script. Then I said that my Dr called one in, but they didn't take my insurance so I showed them Good RX and they said I had to wait an hour for something already bottled. Worst pharmacy I've been to. Terrible customer service. My dad said he drives father to get his meds just so he doesn't have to deal with them. I'm following suit.
