I absolutely love coming here because of the awesome staff particularly Clarissa. She has always been super helpful and nice to chat with when I come in. The only thing I would change is getting more security for them down there. With it being on independence ave and hardesty there is a lot of homeless and problematic people who literally go in and steal a lot of stuff and go buy one thing just so they don’t look suspicious, I’ve seen people do it with my own two eyes. I would have given 5 stars if I felt safer while shopping.

I came to this Walgreens to pick up a FedEx package that I had delivered there. I had been having problems with my package being delivered to my apartment for 7 days and chose this Walgreens. When I talked to Christina and Jovana at the Walgreens they couldn’t find the package in the back, even though it showed delivered. They both went above and beyond and located the package and even put it on a cart and took it to my car. Far superior service than FedEx by miles!

This Walgreens may be on independence Ave, but it is always organized and the staff are always helpful. The pharmacy is helpful and the pharmacist giving vaccinations does a great job. Doesn't hurt at all!

The cashier was very sweet and helpful even when I couldn't remember my rewards phone number and the line grew longer. Her name is LaVonda, I think.

Terrible customer service. Long wait times. Standing at photo counter customer service for 10 minutes! No assistance! Lady at pharmacy rude! Could’ve told me their store hours. I wasn’t even here to get a prescription! Man at cash register rude too! Not willing to help. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could do 0 stars. Needs better management & staff.
