Maybe if Walgreens actually properly staffed their stores and pharmacies there wouldn’t be a perpetual line of 5 cars ALWAYS waiting for their medications. I find this a ridiculously consistent event even with 1 person in front of me they are forced to wait 10-15 minutes before the ONE SINGLE PERSON in the pharmacy is able to help them. Pharmacy workers are always super nice and respectful but they do not deserve to be the sole person running the show. Walgreens as a corporation needs to do better to support their customers and employees.

Couldn’t believe the attitude from the girl (Cristin) in the drive thru slamming things down, rolling her eyes & walking away mid sentence, so negative like ppl were an inconvenience for coming there to pickup their RX. Told me it could be up to an hour for one script after waiting over an hour already.. so I went in & course it was filled just waiting to be bagged. Do better! Kindness is free!

This is truly one of the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. All employees ALWAYS have some sort of attitude like they absolutely hate their life. And dear god to get a prescription filled I hope you have all day to wait. It is never ready in the time frame they give. This is definitely one that should probably be shut down or complete new management.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a pharmacy, but here we are and people need to know, especially the manager or whoever is running this show. The worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Always get attitude if I call, most of the time you are put on hold or they just simply hang up on your call. They can't seem to follow instructions or get the right prescription filled.. Hopefully this doesn't keep trending for people in need of pain relief or any other urgent medications.

Called trying to refill a medication from out of state and was on hold for 11 minutes then hung up on without ever getting to speak to anyone and pick up and put back on hold without anyone speaking to me at least twice. Extremely poor customer service.
