This Walgreens is horrible! It takes them forever to fill a prescription, so sometimes you run out before they get it filled. They don't run it through your insurance first and try to gouge you with some inflated price. And don't ever try to call them and get information!! You'll be on hold forever! When it does ring through, someone answers and before you can say anything, they say please hold and you're back listening to their crappy music!!

This location has not been my pharmacy for over 3 years, yet every month they fill prescriptions at this location without my authorization. I have called and been nice. I have called and been mean. I have spoken to techs and I have spoken to management multiple times but nothing changes. They said it wouldn't happen again but it did. They said that they would no longer fill prescriptions but they have. They said that they would remove the auto fill but they never did. If I don't live here anymore am I to commute for hours to pick up medicine? This is beyond frustrating.

I went here for medication before and after getting my wisdom teeth out. I had to pick up ONE SINGLE VALIUM before my appointment. My boyfriend went as soon as they opened at 8am, and the tech said 10-15 minutes. That was fine. But then the pharmacist pushed her aside and says “it’ll be ready sometime before 9pm” despite my boyfriend saying he’d wait for it. Why would it take 12 hours to fill a single pill? Luckily they got it ready in the time frame the tech originally suggested. We went back after my appointment to pick up new prescriptions the dentist wrote, 3 total. The pharmacist told my boyfriend that we’d be better off going to Walmart because it would be a few hours. I’ve never had any healthcare provider tell me to go to a competitor. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the pharm tech doing her job well. The pharmacist on the other hand? Yikes.

Third time going into pick up the same prescription, second time today and they still hadn't even started on it. I get it if you're understaffed, though how many more than five people are supposed to be back there? Been using this place for about 6 months and I hope this was the last time. You know how some people take pride in their work, try to do a good job, and know when it's time to put it in high gear? I see none of that here, is there any leadership? Consistently slow, no sense of urgency, and overall seem disorganized.

I have never experienced a lower level of competence than the pharmacist I dealt with today. I waited over an hour in the drive thru line after confirming on the phone earlier my prescription would be ready and available to pick up, only to have the pharmacist tell me that my partial refill “wasn’t a thing” and refused to do it. I’ve been getting partial refills at different Walgreens locations for over 5 years because my medication is often out of stock and I need to get it wherever I can, often it is only for a couple of days at a time. This useless man wasted precious time (of which I don’t have much) and once again I am driving all over the city to find a Walgreens that can help me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, he ended up being extremely rude because I was trying to confirm whether or not I could get my meds. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I hope he enjoys the hellscape of working at Walgreens. It’s what he deserves.
