Do NOT get your passport photos done here. It’s not a 15minute as advertised experience as promised on their website. It took two days and 3 visits to get my passports for myself and my family. I was overcharged for 5 passports initially until I advocated for myself. Also, good luck on applying advertised discounts from the website to the actual store. The staff said they can’t find it on their cash register!

I don't usually have a problem here, but today... I was sitting inside, waiting 20 minutes for a prescription to be filled. I get a text, telling me it's ready, so I tell Emily that I just received the text. She tells me she's going to help the next person in line, and that I need to go to the back of this 10-person long line! HELLO! I've already been waiting, before these people even got here! Anywhere else would've called me up as soon as it was ready. Maybe that's where I should start shopping. Anywhere else.

Had a terrific experience recently @ this Walgreens. Not only was Molly (I believe that’s her name) very helpful, but the restroom was clean too!! ALWAYS A BIG PLUS. This is a GREAT Walgreens that’s CLEAN, with a wide variety & helpful people too. 5 STARS. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The products are nice but the lady that helped me get my photos tried to only hand me half my order and then tell me I didn't have anything else. she's very rude the whole time

I tried to print pictures here the other day 12 of them printed “blank and white” So on arrival they wanted me to figure out which of my photos didn’t print and redo the order to get them. Did not have time for this so I wanted the price adjusted so I could go about my day and try to redo the pictures another time. Took forever. I go back today to pickup pictures and on arrival the lady tells me it says my order was refused? I showed her my confirmation email And she called for someone to come help. I wait. Another lady comes over, says “a few of the prints just printed white” and gave me the same speel that I am welcome to try to redo them AGAIN. At this point I’d rather just go somewhere else bc clearly it isn’t possible here. While the staff was friendly Their photo services suck and take forever. I thought a point of ordering photos online was to make it easier, but instead it made it a pain in the ass
