I received a call from the pharmacy regarding one of my prescriptions. I called the pharmacy back to speak with them regarding this particular prescription and while I had the gentleman on the phone asked him questions regarding a refill on another prescription. My app reflected that I had refills left, However on his end it showed I did not have any left. I was trying to explain to him what I seen on my end he was very rude and impatient. The issue is that the app was incorrect and I I was trying to explain to him what I seen and he did not want to hear it. If it is that big of an inconvenience for him to answer my questions then maybe the app should be updated to reflect the correct information.

This is my favorite Walgreens location/store. It’s never over crowded and you don’t ever get stuck in line for long. It’s quiet, the shelves are organized and well-stocked, and the employees are super nice! The best part, however, is the drive through pharmacy. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. I’ve been to a thousand pharmacy’s and this is the only one I can go in without any preliminary feelings of stress.

They didn't match the online price like they said they would/should, especially since it was on sale. So, to get the price, I ended up doing a pickup order, which took me over an hour to complete.Due to app difficulties and not processing and glitching out manager just says nothing they can do Took me three phone calls and they still wouldn't do anything so a total of 2 hours. Just trying to buy a blood pressure machine.

On new years day two employees helped me when it was a couple minutes till closing, they let me print and take my photos and gave me a discount even though they dident have to beacuse they were closed and I dident get or feel rushed, over all it was a great experience, and I appreciate the two coworkers that stayed late im so very grateful.

This Walgreens is the closest to our home so we use this location the most, but honestly it’s my favorite location. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The young guy that’s the manager needs a raise because he’s always working. (Although he always seems joyful when I see him- so if he’s overworked he hides it well) The store is always clean and the drive through for prescriptions is quick! Highly recommend!
