I had a tooth extracted and within 30 minutes of my leaving my dentist office I stopped by Walgreen’s at 13th & Woodlawn to pick up my antibiotics. They had my prescription ready within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was then able to also get my Tetanus shot since I was already there, and I hadn’t had one in 10 years. The pharmacy staff were helpful and pleasant . I shopped for a few more items, and the entire visit was over within minutes. The store was very clean and well stocked!

The employees at this store made my day! When I walked in I overheard a manager being kind and encouraging while training an employee. When I picked up my RX the pharmacy tech was so nice and had a huge smile. When I checked out at the front with a couple of items the cashier was friendly and happy. After having worked all day and dealing with traffic, I walked out thinking, “Wow! That was an amazing way to end my day!”

I feel like the staff in the pharmacy department, does an exceptional job with keeping customers up-to-date with what's going on with their medications always keeping a smooth flow with regulations. Sometimes it may be another day until your meds are ready, but I don't really mind that. You just have to realize you're not the only one there to get medications.

Really looks run down, lots if empty shelves, minimal staffing. Pharmacy probably has the most business...needs a makeover for real...
