The pharmacy at this location has significantly decreased the level of service in the past few years. Many scripts that used to be filled the day they received it now take up to a week as they are filled remotely then delivered to the store. They also rarely have adequate staff inside or at the drive through, so waits may be considerable, even just to pick up something ready. Be mindful of these issues prior to doing or continuing business with them as some prescriptions need to be taken in a timely manner. The storefront part of the store is great and staff is typically helpful and friendly, so this review is only for the pharmacy.

Dawn checked me out and is the kindest person! She treated me very well! Everyone at this Walgreens is very nice and kind. The other reason I shop here is that the store is always clean and organized.

Whoever the pharmacist was on 12/23/2025 between 10 am and 11 am was the rudest most unkind hateful human. Hade some teeth pulled and I was crying and couldn’t talk and she was just rude as hell after I gave her the prescription to fill. No one needs to be that mean to anyone especially someone in pain.

I just moved and this is my new pharmacy. I needed a prescription for my daughter today and everywhere was showing it not available until tomorrow. I called and was told they didn’t have any in stock but he would call a few other locations once they opened and call me back. He called me back and let me know a different location would be able to fill it that day and I was so relieved. When it was ready I got a notification that it was ready at my Walgreens. I called and it was there. I don’t know what kind of magic they worked but it was crucial that I got the medicine today and they did it and were so friendly and helpful. When I went to pick it up there were two cars ahead of me but I wasn’t there more than 5 minutes.

I would give a 5 star, but it's hit and miss on who is running drive thru. I don't go in because of issues of my health. So, I go through drive. And I generally stick to the line by the building so I can read lips due to being hard of hearing and no translation. But, it all depends on who is working on how fast the line(s) will move, which is sad because that means no consistency. You have to judge your other errands/appointments accordingly. The pharmacy run is its own ordeal as a result and it should not be that way. They get paid well for what they do. They need to have a better/faster system so we aren't waiting sometimes an hour in drive just to get our medicine. Drive is for fast service, not to be held up.
