I went to drop off a package at the in-store FedEx, and like the other reviews state, the manager is rude. From the moment I let her know about the drop off, she was short and dismissive, making the whole process unnecessarily difficult. Thankfully, I was able to ask another employee for help once she walked away, big thanks to Randall for stepping in and making it easier.

Large, open and brightly lit store that is in a convenient location. Employees are very helpful and courteous, and parking is easy. Good selection of items, but many are priced higher than many other retail outlets.

This is one of my favorite stores. I shop here frequently for nearly everything I need. I fill my prescriptions here. It’s close to my home and very convenient. Thanks to all the clerks and pharmacy techs who help me.

Walgreens is a great neighborhood store to have. Good variety of food, cards, pet supplies, drinks, and pharmacy. We find the pharmacy at Walgreens much more time efficient and friendly as compared to other well known pharmacies. Glad we have them.

Do not use Hawaii Kai Walgreens for passport photos. You may get an untrained employee who does not know how to connect the passport camera with the FedEx kiosk computer (one must take out & use the camera’s memory card, not use a connecting cable) or who does not know how to provide the digital image to the customer. Also, Walgreens passport photo program is so antiquated, it does not have an automatic background removal feature (for the passport photo’s required white background). This means that a Walgreens employee must manually “Photoshop” away the background, producing the inevitable inferior product. These are organizational failures that will take time & money to correct - if ever!
