This places has plenty of parking. Inside the store is just a little weird the vibe. Just 1 cashier. Very gentle. Also they have a FedEx pick up here so is very convenient for me. Unfortunately the person who give me the package it doesn’t show any signed of Aloha Spirit

❌❌❌❌❌ The worst experience I’ve ever had with pharmacy staff is simply indescribable. I want to give them zero stars, but there’s no option. It’s unbelievable how they manage to survive with such poor service. I think anyone could work there without any customer service training.

Life must really suck when you have to go to a job that you hate every day and take it out on the customers who are only trying to get through the day. I bought items with cash and have my receipt but she wouldn't let me return it because my ID is expired. I didn't need an ID to purchase it. If you can make it to a different store I would strongly suggest doing so they have a terrible attitude at this location.

Extremely unhelpful and wasteful of time. Often do not have the medications needed or in today’s instance, asked me to stick around for 15 minutes while they filled a second prescription. This prescription had been partially filled bc they were out and the tech instructed me I would be notified when the test came in and pay the second half of the copay to pick up then. I was never notified and when I questioned it while picking up the first prescription, I was then told there are no more refills. Then they put in a new prescription and said my provider has to approve it at 3:30pm on a Friday which if I would have known they were going that route I could have easily told them that wasn’t going to happen today and saved my time. This all sounds confusing right? Because each time I asked, I received 3 different answers, literally stuck around for 20+ minutes for no reason at all with 2 kids that needed to use a restroom which they do not have. Finally. I picked up the first prescription which I could have done from the beginning and left. So absolutely frustrating.

Debbie is wonderful and I depend on her to help to manage my challenging chronic illnesses and mess of prescriptions coming in from multiple specialists. So long as Debbie is there I’ll never go to another pharmacy.
