I RARLEY make complaints. Just terrible. Never answer the phone After calling them multiple times on different days. When you get to the general line, they transfer you over without listening to you—I told the man “hold on—“ before he transferred me and he just transferred me. I’m on hold again while writing this. I will go through my doctor to remove this TERRIBLE Walgreens. Just TERRIBLE.

They filled a prescription for me that was DOUBLE the dose my doctor prescribed. My husband brought the prescription home and I noticed right away and called them. I was on hold for an hour and 50 minutes before an automated voice hung up on me. I went in to the pharmacy and after waiting in line for over half an hour and they said they would not take the prescription back. On top of that, they made him pay the cash price for the medication without telling him insurance no longer covered it there. They would not give me a refund for this incorrect prescription. I made a formal complaint with Walgreens. A lady name Shavonda called me back while I was asleep. When I called back, it sent me to the same answering service that had me on hold so long in the first place. Do NOT bother calling them because they will not answer. While I was in line I saw person after person get sent away because a prescription had been sent in and they had not filled it. Will not be using this Walgreens again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I have been trying to call the pharmacy for 3 days and am always told, "there is one call ahead of you." I have spent approximately one hour total. Today I called the general line 3 times, listening to all the prompts. The first person listened to me and transferred me to the pharmacy, which never picked up after 10 minutes. The next person would not even listen to me and immediately transferred me to the pharmacy for another dead end! The third person told me that the pharmacy is too busy to take my calls. I am only looking for the type of COVID vaccine available as my PCP needs it to send a Rx to the store. I was told that all COVID shots are available, which I know is not accurate. I only have the option of Walgreens or Express Scripts due to my insurance. As my insurance is through DOD, I will contact my representative about removing Walgreens as the contracted pharmacy. It is unacceptable that Walgreens cannot answer their phones after such an extended effort or employ enough people to meet their customer's needs.

This pharmacy has to be one of the worst I have experienced. They take hours and hours to fill prescriptions. They are disorganized. I understand that some medications can be difficult to aquire or hard to fill but the way they communicate these issues is not clear or effective. Different people quote Different wait times to have prescriptions filled and almost always when I come back at the time they tell me I still have to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes more. Only for them to finally tell me they can't fill it or there is another issue. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Great customer service with a team member who helped me find an obscure product. But then the store had a sales price posted on an item in the store and wouldn’t honor that price at the cash register. I was told that “the sales price starts tomorrow.” If a store posts a price for a product, that should be the price the customer pays.
