I dona large volume of printing and I drive to this location because of the service they provide. If there's a problem, they communicate. If there's a problem, they fix it. It's been hard to find quality and service but these folks do their best and that's always appreciated.

They were super friendly. From the time I walk in the until I left. Great customer service. The lines were long as always. They were moving the customers out pretty quickly. I like that cashier finalized your purchase with " Thank you have a wonderful evening " I'm pretty sure that makes a lot of customers evening.

Stop making photo customers check out in the main line!! Scan it at the photo counter, we know you can! I already waited in line at the photo counter and now I have to wait behind 6 other people at the main checkout?? I’m just gonna start walking out when you do that.

I specifically requested that my photo be sent to my email, which is included in the service, and that didn't happened. When I returned to ask about it, I was told that it may take up to 24 hours (which doesn't make sense). Well, 24 hours later, and still no picture.

Overall it isnt terrible! The employees have always been helpful, kind, attentive etc. The one thing that would make it a better experience and I don't like saying this because it sounds rude or whatever you want to call it, but the security card instead of playing on his phone should do better at being Security use his position of authority as intended and just ask the homeless or panhandlers to stay away from the front entrance. No customer should have to get molested, bombarded, disrespected, or anything else as you walk in the store and out of the store! It's too much. That's the only negative I'd have well two technically, the homeless loitering at the front door and the security card just standing there leaning on his car playing on his phone and allowing these behaviors!
