I used to live in Marietta , i never had a problem With refilling my prescription. its a skin care gel always covered by insurance since day 1 ( 4 years ago) , now when i moved to Atlanta with same insurance and set this location as my main pharmacy and OMG , the stupidity and lack of knowledge about (sometimes you need to send electronic notification for the provider in order for him to communicate with the insurance) instead they cancel it or disappear from their system, i had to go back to my old pharmacy and drive 40 min just to pick up my prescription because no one us helpfully on those locations this and Roswell road .

Always receive great customer service. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable regarding stock. When there’s a line, another representative is called to ensure we don’t have to wait a long time. What more could I ask for.👍🏽🙂😃

I went to pick up a package on 12/8 around 7 and the Caucasian woman was apparently on break. I looked at her and said hello and she continuously gored me after trying to get her attention numerous times. She could have simply said she was on break. The African American younger guy helped me out and he was nice.

This post is for the pharmacy department. My Dr sent my prescription to this location. I came into the pharmacy right after. The pharmacy employee told me that my prescription would be ready in 1hr 30 minutes. She checked my profile to make sure everything looked good. I sat and waited for 2 hours. When I returned, one of my prescription out of the two was not filled. But get this, in speaking with another pharmacy employee, I was made aware that they were NOT IN NETWORK with my insurance. This is *after* waiting for 2 whole hours. By the time I went to another pharmacy, then called my Dr's office for them to resend the prescription to this other pharmacy, my Dr's office was closed. This was a very disappointing and infuriating experience. It was an urgent matter. If the pharmacy employee would have made me aware, I could have gotten my prescriptions filled today instead of having to wait until another day.

Go there to get quick drinks and stuff but the wait is always long even if I'm the only one in the store
