I would rate this experience at -5 stars if it were possible. My encounters with the staff at this Walgreens have been exceedingly disappointing. During my initial visit, I attributed the staff’s behavior to a potentially off day; however, subsequent interactions confirmed a consistent pattern of rudeness. Despite the convenience of this pharmacy being just 10 minutes from my home, I will be seeking services at a different location moving forward. Communication regarding prescription status is lacking, and the overall customer service is severely inadequate. I understand that the job can be stressful, but it is imperative for staff to maintain professionalism and not project their frustrations onto customers.

Good afternoon, I am writing to report repeated unprofessional behavior from the pharmacist at this location. Today, I asked a simple question about prescription pickup and received a dismissive response; while I was waiting, no one acknowledged me for few minutes. When I asked to speak with a manager, the same lady, informed me that she was the pharmacist and I replied that I do not want to speak with you, I would like to speak with a manager. Her exact words were, go up front. This is not the first time I have experienced poor communication and unprofessional behavior at this pharmacy from the pharmacist. The first time was over the phone. While other staff members have been helpful, the pharmacist’s conduct has been consistently discourteous. Although this location is very close to my home, I am now seriously considering transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Communication about prescription status has been poor, and the overall customer service experience has been disappointing. I understand that pharmacy work can be stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy are essential.

The store was very neat and clean. The cashier was extremely helpful, very friendly and had a great personality. I was there for 10 minutes and he made my day better in that short amount of time. Made everyone laugh. Very kind young man. He made an impression.

Both ladies behind the counter today were so nice! I wanted to highlight them with a review. They were happy to be there and working with each other. They engaged with the customer in front of me as well. I left with a smile on my face and wanted to give them what they were asking from their customer, a review. Applause to you ladies for asking for them, for enjoying your time at work, making me smile and connecting with people. Get it! 👏🏻🫶🏻

Poor customer service . The woman with the long braids brown skin at the register 5/29/2026 10:00 am could be a lot nicer and more professional poor attitude and the store is a mess . Ew . First and last time.
