Osiris is extremely unprofessional and rude. I went to the register to make my purchase and he did not greet me or say anything. He scanned the item in and walked off mid transaction before my purchase was completed. This behavior is unacceptable. The manager Mario said he would “speak” with him, but I’m confused as to how this disgusting behavior is even allowed in this respectable establishment. Walgreens has standards for customer service that this location has completely failed to implement. This store is located in Buckhead, the most affluent area in Atlanta proper. People spend a lot of money to live here so that they do not have to encounter these type of disgusting experiences. I’m unsure of what black hole of misery HR dug him out of, but please return him. He doesn’t belong here and clearly doesn’t want to be here. It was inappropriate and I am perplexed as to how he thought that was okay. What culture has been cultivated in this store to the point where he is comfortable being rude to Walgreens customers.

Not one to write negative reviews but needed to share this one. Yesterday I stopped in to pick up Christmas Cards I ordered and I noticed they looked a bit blurry. When I mentioned that the quality didn’t look great, the woman working at the photo department reached across the counter and physically snatched the box of cards out of my hand and told me it was a waste of printing. I understand people have bad days but physically snatching something out of a customers hand is something else. Never had an interaction like this.

Replace the whole staff. I can January 4th in the morning and received some of the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced (WITH 3 PEOPLE WORKING !!) If you don’t wanna work DONT WORK! It’s that simple. Feeling like you’re bother people that’s on the clock is crazy & so is a manager that’s watching it happen. This my neighborhood Walgreens but I ain’t coming back.

I used to live in Marietta , i never had a problem With refilling my prescription. its a skin care gel always covered by insurance since day 1 ( 4 years ago) , now when i moved to Atlanta with the same insurance and set this location as my main pharmacy and OMG , the stupidity and lack of knowledge about (sometimes you need to send electronic notification for the provider in order for him to communicate with the insurance) instead they cancel it or disappear from their system, i had to go back to my old pharmacy and drive 40 min just to pick up my prescription because no one is helping or even trying. It feels like they really hate that job and just want to finish the day. Bottom line i never had an issue in walgreen at the corner of canton rd in Marietta. They don’t even contact me all i saw on my app (delay for insurance approval and two days after ready fir pick up) , and they just send my provider electronic notification thats it but seems like no here willing to do that. This location and the one in peachtree and Delmont

There’s a pharmacy assistant that is incredibly rude every single time I go in there. Today was the last straw, I’ve moved my prescriptions, I can’t continue to give them money and be treated that way by her. No one is correcting her behavior so I presume they don’t care either.
