I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. This is the second time I’ve arrived to pick up a print order and was only then informed that the printer was down. I did not receive any phone call or prior notification, despite having a deadline the next morning. When I expressed concern, the store manager delivered the news with no sense of urgency or empathy. I was clearly stressed about needing these materials by morning, but there was no effort to assist with a solution. She took an extended amount of time to provide a customer service number, which ended up being incorrect. At that point, she turned away and stopped assisting me altogether. When I asked for names, one employee refused to provide his name and put his head down, and another appeared to turn her badge around to avoid identification. I was only able to see the name Valerie. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. Clear communication and basic customer service courtesy could have prevented this situation. I hope management addresses these concerns so other customers do not experience the same lack of communication and accountability.

This store has the worst customer service. Employee Linda, she’s loud, rude, and very disrespectful towards customers and employees. And the behavior she has in front of customers is an embarrassment towards Walgreens. They should be ashamed that they have an employee like her. Don’t know who hired her but that’s the worse hire. The store manager, she’s always in an aisle speaking her native language with other employees. She doesn’t greets customers or even asks if we need help. All the employees stand around talking and don’t greet customers. But what can we expect when the store manager behavior is the same. Leading by example. The entire store needs new hires and the hiring process needs to be better. Won’t shop here again.

The Pharmacist is very cheerful and the service was quick, even though they didn't have my medication in stock. They gave me other locations in which I was able to find it though.

My printer was not working and I had to drive 45 minutes to Walgreens to print a work doc at midnight. Jamaal was THE most kind, polite and helpful person!!! Walgreens you have an excellent employee!

Do NOT take your FedEx package to this place. They lost the package I sent out - the tracking number says it never left the facility. Have called multiple times and have had people say they’ll get back to me and they haven’t. Absolute garbage dump.
