Why would I take time to rate a walgreens? Because the employees were that lazy. I needed something that was locked behind glass, a very nice employee in the pharmacy made an announcement that the customer needed a key, employee never came, they made announcement again employee never came, I saw an employee with their earbuds in sitting on a stool ignoring everything. This place is ridiculous

This is crazy. The cashier named, "Essy", at the front has a toddler(her child, grandchild,or child she is supposed to be babysitting) running around the store unattended. Her coworker who was leaving at the end first shift asked her if the child running around the store by himself was her. She replied, "Yes. She's waiting until her husband can come pick him up" in what world do you work at a pharmacy or drugstore and allow a child to run around unattended? This kid can't be more than 3 years old. This is dangerous. I have a child and I would never allow this.

When I came in on Saturday afternoon, the lady cashier was watching reels on Facebook on her phone. I waited a bit for her to be done, then she gave me attitude immediately.The Cashier was very ignorant.I got medicine, and I told the cashier I had a Walgreens gift card (virtually) but the cashier told me they don't take giftcards without even looking at the giftcard.I Asked her if other Walgreens took it and she said no. Went to another Walgreens and they accepted the gift card! She was very rude and rough, she didn't know anything and disrespected the customer. Very ignorant, will never shop here again!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I waited over 15 minutes for photos and was not assisted at all as soon as the employee noticed me at the register. The employee stated they did not know how to operate the printer and told me to just wait for someone to show up. That person never showed up. I asked the employee again after 15 min of waiting if they could call someone over and they said they couldn’t. The person was just in the back doing stuff. I mentioned how I am displeased that I had to wait for so long and they didn’t care at all. What kind of customer service is this? I wouldn’t recommend bringing your business here (unless you wanna waste your own time).

Pharmacy opens at 9am. Still lights out. Not the first time this has happened.
