Simply put, this Walgreens has the worst pharmacy customer service I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I've stood in line and witnessed first hand, several of the pharmacists, yes-- the individuals wearing the white lab coats-- belittle, denigrate and minimize-- elderly persons coming in to pick up their prescriptions. Monday, March 9th- was the most egregious of these encounters. I waited in line behind an elderly couple who were inquiring to the point of pleading, about when they could come back and pick up their prescriptions, among other things. The younger, african-american pharmacist in question could not have been more obtuse. It was obvious that she was clearly and deliberately, trying to frustrate this older couple. The wife was evidently ill and the husband was attempting to do much of the talking for her. Still, the pharmacist continued with her display of rudeness. Additionally, her raised voice allowed everyone waiting in line to be privy to, whether we wanted to be or not-- the intimate details of their current medical status. This behavior was unprofessional and borders on a HIPPA violation. As mentioned earlier, this is not the first time I've been both witness to and victim of, this behavior at this location. Is this type of behavior systematically approved at this Walgreens pharmacy? Again, I've witnessed/been victim of---- this behavior from the aforementioned pharmacist, as well as an older female, Caucasian pharmacist. Customers should not have to enter the pharmacy and be ridiculed or grovel for prescriptions that our doctors have sent over. I understand that those working in the medical industry are overworked and I sympathize. With that, if you show up for work the customers must be treated with respect and not made to feel as though we're being an annoyance. I suggest Walgreens relocate the individuals who are unable to handle the workload, to areas of Atlanta that they are better suited for. If I continue to receive the treatment that I and others have received thus far, this location will make an appearance on my social media disclosing the current 2.3 rating, along with the details that have contributed to such a low review and a summary surrounding the treatment they are obviously allowed to exhibit at this location.

One of the worst Walgreen's stores I've encountered. I wanted to buy D size batteries. Not a rare size. The area with the batteries was completely picked over and disorganized. Most types of batteries were out of stock. There was a bin of batteries on the floor for customers to pick through. When I tried asking an employee for help, she just pointed me toward the battery area. Very poorly run store.

Came to pick up my mom’s prescription that was ready at 2. Waited 20 minutes, then they said they made a mistake and it wasn’t ready. The black pharmacist was especially rude and told us to loop back around or she would call the cops. I am already in line - there is no need for me to get out of line because you made a mistake. And to threaten police intervention when you’re the one who made the mistake is just bad business. This pharmacy has been an absolute nightmare for 10+ years. Avoid at all costs.

The pharmacy team (Cindy, Nailea, Tina and Timo) were rockstars! The solved my out-of-stock Rx problem in a creative and timely fashion. Without their service-orientation, I would have left for a trip without my meds. Thank you so much and well done!

Walgreens retail pharmacies have a uniformity I like: conveniently located, a staffed pharmacy, and retail products for convenience. I shopped during the day, and seldom interacted with the pharmacy staff. There was an older lady on my shopping days who was courteous, patient, and helpful when I wanted to use my rewards or clipped coupons.
