Had an excellent experience at this Walgreens tonight. I called three times and then came in to pick up.printed documents. Katelyn was patient and knowledgeable through the whole process. Jamarco took good care of my order in the photo lab. Both were very pleasant, professional and helpful!!

This is so obnoxious. They just kept picking up the phone and putting it back down without saying please hold or anything. I waited on hold for more than 20 minutes. Janis, who says she's the manager, finally answered and made excuses for the behavior. It's weird because I called from another number and they picked up in 3 minutes while I was still holding on the original call. Like it was some sort of weird power game. Janis had to be prompted to apologize for the long wait after a litany of excuses.

This Walgreens has alot to be desired. Said hello to the cashier, was ignored. Then their ONLY register that WAS working had to reboot/reset taking 15 minutes! Only one register? 15 minutes? Not to mention that EVERY employee was on their phone, even the security "guard." Had I not needed the product, which was out of stock at the nearest drugstore, I would have left. I ended up having to leave bc the store ended up closing for the night. After i waited 35 minutes. People's time is valuable. This is very poor customer service, Walgreens.

Needed a passport picture. Called before I came and asked the lady on phone what’s the latest I can come in was told 6:45-7. Online it says the photo department closes at 9pm. Came in at 6:04 pm and was told they stop doing it at 6pm. Went to the one on Panola and got it done and it literally took 5 mins.

This was the first store to be closed than the memorial store. This is the worst store and customer service even when you go in person. Terrible place to do business.😡 The order sent to me was in expected at all. I have done "no changes" when I order the items which are Walgreens brand nicotine patches 1 & 2. I was set a different brand the I never knew. This has been going on throughout my deals with your website and always getting a wrong item from your store on 585 Dekalb industrial way, Decatur, GA 30033. Someone in this store either doesn't care to see the order details nor doesn't read properly. This needs to stop. Let the customers know if you don't have it, rather just sending item without getting okay from your customers.
