I went to pickup a prescription. I was ignored asked if someone other than the employee that continued to take drive-thru customers could help me. I was told she had to ring up a customer that had been waiting. Fine whatever I finally earned a dollar from the rewards which even the shift supervisor could not apply. He ended reducing the price of my eligible item by a dollar. I told them “ I need to get that dollar because I am NEVER coming back to Walgreens. CVS & Publix pharmacies are much more competent. CVS rewards are outstanding I am always getting a $4 coupon off anything plus other incredible rewards & discounts. Walgreens needs to DRASTICALLY improve their customer service!!!

I only gave 2 stars because they got me in right away and in the past they have had some nice people working here, but today the pharmacy staff was extremely rude. One person was very short with a bad attitude for no reason then the person who administered a vaccine jabbed me extremely hard and it hurt bc she was rushing me. I get you’re busy but we aren’t cattle. Judging by the comments others are having the same experience with this location.

Have been going to this Walgreens for 15 years and the last 6 months of so have been incredibly awful. Pharmacy staff is rude. Can't hear anyone through the intercom and act like it's your fault. They don't get the scripts my drs send over multiple times. Ive waited for my scripts to be filled for over a month. Something has definitely changed there.

The best Walgreens to coupon in South Tampa! I coupon 2–3 times a week, every week, and I always have easy and smooth transactions at this store. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and patient—especially the night shift. Wil is amazing—always patient, helpful, and friendly. It’s absolutely worth the drive.

Huge thanks to Rose and all the other incredibly kind employees! I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for a while, and the current team consistently goes above and beyond with their customer service. They remember me, recall little details I’ve shared in passing, and are always so genuinely kind. On two occasions, staff even helped me out to my car while I’ve been recovering from surgery. Their thoughtfulness means so much, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them!
