Terrible service and humiliating treatment. Today, April 9th, 2026, at 9:30 AM, the cashier on duty refused to apply my $6.01 Walgreens Cash rewards, insisting on charging me the full price. When I tried to show her my phone to prove my rewards were valid, her reaction was incredibly rude: she literally covered her eyes with her hand and turned her back on me, ignoring me in front of other customers. ​The manager was called, and she arrived with the same arrogant attitude, showing zero interest in helping. I am a 63-year-old customer who gets my prescriptions here, but after this disrespectful treatment, I am never coming back. ​Proof of the poor service: I went to Store #06674, where Gabriela provided excellent service. She applied my rewards instantly, and I only paid $0.80 cents (see attached photos of my rewards and final receipt). This proves that the staff at the Kennedy Blvd location is not only incompetent but intentionally disrespectful. Be careful with this store! ​Extremely Rude and Disrespectful!!!

Whoever manages this location needs to take notice of Madison. She was my cashier tonight, and even with several people in line ahead of me, she treated every single person with genuine kindness and patience. It was a busy Friday night, and instead of looking annoyed or drained that she had to work, she seemed truly happy to be there. She was warm, engaged, and made real conversation with everyone. My girlfriend and I were honestly blown away by how positive and attentive she was. If I were building a company and defining the ideal personality for someone interacting with customers, Madison would exceed it. She’s an absolute standout and deserves recognition.

Typical Walgreens from my interactions. Staff were professional and efficient. Store was well stocked and I quickly got what I needed. Associates in the aisles helped me find the products I needed. Will go again.

This pharmacy has the worst service I have ever had so bad I decided to switch my insurance to not have them as A pharmacy and decided to go back to Walmart. I’ve 30 min wait time just to talk to pharmacist they pick up then put u on hold numerous times. Atleast at Walmart they are nicer and treat you w respect and value your time.

Clean, fast, & friendly. Had a great experience picking up my photos here. Staff was friendly, took care of me quickly, and made me want to come back.
