I had an outstanding experience recently thanks to Sacha at Walgreens. She is truly the definition of excellent customer service—courteous, kind, and incredibly accommodating. The store was low on a product I needed, and instead of just sending me on my way, Sacha took the extra step to ensure more inventory would be coming in. Even more impressive, she was thoughtful enough to set some aside for me so I wouldn’t miss out. That level of care and attention is rare these days. Sacha is first class all the way. Walgreens is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her exceptional service.

The pharmacy is a problem for me. I left Walgreens and went to another pharmacy because they almost never had my medications that I am not supposed to go off (even for a day) I’ve been left without my meds for up to 3 days. Since switching I have had no issues with my medication having to be “ordered”. Best decision I made was leaving this Walgreens. Especially with the attitude of one of the techs. Happy to be out of this pharmacy

Worst pharmacy I’ve seen ever. Will definetly be switching after this. They never have my stuff filled on time and I’m on SSRI n trazadone for PTSD and it’s not like these medications you can just stop taking without consequences. Even if you’ve been waiting 15-30 min for ur prescription in line, they will send you away for their breaks at any point. And that’s the average wait time to get the prescriptions filled. They don’t take care of the needs of people who need medication what’s the point of this pharmacy?

The girl at the pharmacy station touched my phone without my consent. I hope the management fires her for the ridiculous unprofessional action. Date of visit 4/24/26 7:25 p.m. I asked to pick up a prescription on behalf of my client & pharmacist touched my phone! I was able to get the prescription that I'm delivering to the customer it's no issue whatsoever. The issue is at the pharmacist touched my private property and I never said that that was okay.

The pharmacy department has the worst customer service, especially the pharmacist named Daniel, who is very incompetent. I called to find out if my prescription was put back since I was supposed to pick it up by Dec.7th (3 days ago). Daniel couldn't confirm. She said she didn't know which prescription was put back. Daniel said, "I can't refill unless you need it." I asked her why I would be calling if I didn't need my prescription. I told Daniel that I normally pick up three prescriptions monthly and need the one that was just put back three days ago. Daniel again said that she wouldn't do a refill unless I say to her, "I need it." I asked to speak with Walgreens store manager on duty and/or supervisor. Daniel refused to transfer the call and said to me that she is the pharmacist. I want to give (-5) for the rating.
