If I could rate this 0 stars I would. One of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. Horrific customer service and staff, obscenely rude on the phone every single time without fail. Figures for Temple Terrace but you hate to see it. I really don't like calling up the pharmacy or going into the store and feeling like my presence there is not only a personal inconvenience for the staff, but that they actively want me gone. Do not go here if you can avoid it, I would rather drive 5x the distance just to be treated like a person. 0 stars. I also took a few minutes to read through some of the other reviews, almost all of which are either 1 star or 5 stars. Interestingly enough, almost all of the 5 star ones are either full of typos, incoherent in structure, or extremely vague. All hallmarks of bot comments. I'm not saying all of the 5 stars are bots, but I really think most of them are. I'm sure there's a few good eggs at this pharmacy, but the vast majority are extremely rude and should be immediately fired, even though I know that's never going to happen despite all the previous 1 star long- winded specific reviews that are human written. It's a shame nothing will change, but if you're wondering about using this walgreens, at least you've been warned.

I had a bill issue as they made a mistake but I lost the receipts (was not their member at that time). I can prove the mistake with my credit transaction. The cashier was polite but the bill issue was actually cased by him and tried to help by calling the manager. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. He refused to let me explain what happened, repeatedly interrupted me, and showed clear impatience and hostility. He demanded the original receipt even after I explained it had been discarded, and instead of offering alternatives (such as looking up the transaction), he immediately escalated the situation. He then ordered me to leave and threatened to call the police simply because I was still standing in the store trying to address a legitimate refund problem. No customer should be threatened for calmly requesting help with a billing error.

Perfect place to grab a lot of things I need quickly. They are the only place that seems to sell the specific cigarettes my friend smokes. Camel filter wides in case anyone else struggles to find that particular brand and type. Prices are decent. Quality is always good on everything I have ever bought from them.

This place is a joke. Everything is locked up. If you expect to treat everybody walking in like a criminal, you won’t have any sales. I will take my business elsewhere where I don’t have to wait for an associate so that I can buy deodorant, or a bottle of body wash

I’m not sure why Walgreens out the worst staff at the this location that is I front of the hospital! Walgreens needs a FIRE their pharmacy staff because they are ALL so rude!!! Great location but horrible staffing! If you want to get spoken to like you’re nothing and you’re BOTHERING them go there! If not the CVS down the street they are so nice! Never again will I come here! If the staff is reading this yall need a new job and a better attitude!
