The pharmacy has the worst management as there is always a very long line and only one person working on the frontlines with customers. The head pharmacist/manager needs to help the frontline employee, actually show leadership skills instead of hiding in the back doing their work, and go up and beyond for customers. Judging by past reviews management doesn’t seem to care to make things better. This is unacceptable. New procedures should be put into place to improve how they have been doing things.

The pharmacy is the absolute WORST in every aspect......and don't bother trying to manage your prescriptions on the app because it isn't properly synced with the pharmacy. It will send you notifications orders are ready & then when you go to pick them up they are not ready...completely USELESS! Walgreens stop wasting our time!

2024 May 2.5★ Slow, service. No prescription during my visit. Staff don't really understand what you are asking about. Sale price posted, ring in as regular, try to tell the sales clerk, didn't understand. Told if you bought 2, you get 50% off, but then 1 at 25% off..... Other than that, it's ok. At least it's clean and organized. Security guard at the front. Plenty of parking.

They never have my husbands seizure medication always have to order it. You’re on the phone for a hr and they hang up on you. Leaving the hospital the Dr sent the medication twice to them and they seem not to have it but the hospital side says it was sent and received

Waited in the phone for 40 minutes, was told my prescription was ready. Got the the store and waited 40 more minutes to be told they have no prescriptions for me at all. Always a 30 min phone wait or more and not a guarantee that someone even picks up. Always a long wait for pharmacy. I do understand they are understaffed but they’ve been under staffed for years so that excuse is getting real old. Maybe fix the management? I don’t know, but repeated horrible experiences have led to this review. I highly suggest any other pharmacy.
