To be fair, I only came to the pharmacy, I wasn’t shopping. We were helped by a woman named Lana who’s tag says she has been a member since 2023. She was super friendly and helped us tremendously. Her customer service was excellent and got us out of the store efficiently. Thank you!

Walgreens on 13130 N. Dale Mabry service is horrible in the pharmacy! Stood there Almost 10 minutes listening to the pharmacy workers talk about an airline closing!!! I got ignored and did not get helped, Someone came from behind me and they helped them Before myself who had been waiting there long before she arrived!!! Terrible terrible terrible service! Will be looking to transfer my prescriptions!

Phone service sucks. Forget the automated service. I've spoken with someone about 3 different locations. Its like they dont know what theyre doing. I was even told that im going to be place on hold and the goodbye was rushed. So basically dismissed.

My Walgreens is located at N. Dale Mabry Hwy and S. Village Dr. This is my favorite store and pharmacy! They have had their challenges but have pulled thru it and are all smiles and cheer!

Writing this while waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me. Now waiting at the window with no assistance. Truly the worst excuse for a pharmacy I’ve ever visited.
