Pharmacy is not nice to us customers. They make us feel like we should beg for our meds or we are pill poppers. Especially if you need controlled meds. I moved here from Wesley chapel and wow what a difference in care. I've been here for two months and every time I've come in to pick up my meds they have none in stock and talking and not serving customers. I had to drive back to Publix in Wesley Chapel to get my meds filled. They See a line of people to pick up here at this Walgreens they don't any sense of urgency. When they finely get to you they don't even greet you or look at you. The older lady with the fade thinks she's the boss of the whole Pharmacy. So rude and never has information about when the meds will be ready. I will be going elsewhere I've given them enough trys. I work in the medical field they is not the way to treat patients that need thier meds. SMH. I know you wont do anything about it but thought I would share anyway

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I didnt even get a script filled by them but every time I have tried they are EXTREMELY rude. I dont know if the stipulation to work here is to have a nasty attitude and not know what you're doing or what. Every single person I talked to here has an attitude. I asked why I couldn't get a script that day and the response was "I cant give you something I dont have maam" .. like what. You could have easily just said "we dont have it in stock at this time" I had another technician answer the phone and heavy breathing being rude because I asked her about transferred scripts. I have never talked to a nice person in this pharmacy even prior to these incidents. Clearly im not the only one experiencing this behavior. Maybe corporate should do something? Just a thought.

Manager acted annoyed he had to ring people up. No greeting, no "have a good day", zero customer service. Didnt even offer the receipt before he just walked away after ringing me up.

Placed a photo order that was supposed to be ready for pickup the same day, it’s been over a week now and not one single update from them. Had to call several times for days and only today someone from another department picked up and said they just received a lot of orders. Well at least an email with an update would be nice? Instead of just ghosting customers.

The entire Pharmacy team need to get fired !!! I can’t comprehend how entitled they feel!! Horrible service always extremely disappointing i wish they fixed this.
