Sat. 4/18 @ 3:55 PM Kayla pharmacy tech behaved badly was inconsiderate of me waiting unapologetically Kayla became hostile when I asked to simply respectfully be acknowledged for waiting excessively to pickup medications a simple thank you for your patience i'll be with you in a moment would have be appropriate. There was no customers that could be seen at either register inside nor was there any cars in drive thru. This was a dead moment in time. All she was reasonably expected to consider is to excuse herself for a moment and over the telecom let me know she's serving someone but will be with me shortly. She didn't care to care to do this she instead left me to sit for 8 minutes not seeing anyone or being told I can be seen waiting. HOW WAS I TO KNOW??? Not only did Kayla not greet me with a kind Hello or any greeting for that matter Kayla blatantly refused to greet me cordially instead said quote "when I had the chance I said i'll be with you" from my perspective that was 8 minutes after sitting there ignored in dead silence. Kayla in a contentious attitude to only aggravate me feeling disregarded she says in a bad tone"i'm not going back & forth" then Kayla says "you're always welcome to come inside" WOW where did this rude non customer friendly comment come from. I'm handicap which is why i'm driving up for disability accommodation. You never know what a sick person's physical limitations are she should never have said that what's the point in staying the obvious. That was a unnecessary antagonizing nasty comment Kayla made. Inside or outside we should be acknowledged if there's a wait and thanked for patiently waiting. When I asked what the status was on two prescriptions that weren't ready but had been recently ordered. Kayla rudely said "Like she said there's only 1 ready" The phrase "Like I said" is never an appropriate professional response nothing about that phrase is meant to diffuse a situation and should not be used having conversation with a customer. Kayla was deliberately dismissive incredibly unprofessional impolite lacking common courtesy

The Walgreens, as a store works fine. The pharmacy, ESPECIALLY the drive up service is atrocious. Was waiting at the window this evening for 10 minutes before I got fed up and drove off. There were people behind me honking their horns so I can imagine they would not be very happy if they actually did get service. The pharmacist walked by the window even someone came to the register at the window just to the pull the till it looked like. No acknowledgement, nothing there to get their attention. This is also not an isolated incidence as it has happened multiple times. I will looking for another pharmacy for my prescriptions where ai can actually get service in a reasonable amount of time.

Yesterday I went over to pick my wife prescription and some advil from inside the pharmacy ,the Asian lady was very unprofessional and in some type of rush. For my bad lock I forgot my glasses and the lady have a field day with me.Thanks to the Hispanic lady that came to my rescue and help me ,she was great. This one star is all on the other. The Hispanic lady is not five star, she deserve 10 starts.

This is the worst Walgreens ever . Pharmacy never answered they just pickup and place you hold.. I need confirmation that my transfer to Walgreens due health plan only dealing with Walgreens pharmacy is complete so that I can get or confirm my heart medication.. but Walgreens staff don't care if you die on the phone... Poor poor service.. this location need to be closed down

This is Walgreens closest to my home. I went there last night to buy gift cards and BY MISTAKE the last individual didn’t scan the card; so I drove before taking my daughter to school opening her card showing my receipt that one of my gift cards was never scanned. The woman working didn’t understand so she brings the other lady to the counter to assist. They scan my card (this is where the problem occurred) and I said to her “well now I opened the envelope for the gifts I purchased and it’s ruined”. She said just get any envelope and walked off. First of all, where is the empathy in the fact you made an error and I had to get up early and come back? There was no “I’m sorry”. But the 2.7 reviews show how sorry this location actually is. Work on customer service. A simple apology would have came a long way.
