Walgreens Pharmacy has not had acceptable customer service for years, but this past week has been the worst. Approximately one week ago I used the drive through to pick up a prescription. After waiting over 20 minutes in line I picked up my prescription (and yes I failed to look in the store bag they placed it in) only to discover when I returned home that the bag contained a receipt and paperwork but no medication. When I explained the situation to the pharmacist over the phone she was kind and apologetic. I was disappointed but felt satisfied that they would hold the medication for me until I could return to pick it up. Several days later I refilled another prescription at this pharmacy and received a notification a day later that it was available and ready to pick up. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes I saw the pharmacy technician holding a small bag for me and asked if it was the 90 day supply that had been prescribed. She replied that the Rx was for one month. I explained that it had been written for 90 days and please check it to confirm what I was saying. She suggested I did not understand how to read the prescription but I informed her that I am a physician and I write Rxs every day. She then changed her story and told me the pharmacy did not have the rest of my Rx in the store. I asked why I had been told it was available and ready for pick up when that was not true. Then the pharmacist (a different person than last week) appeared and asked me what I wanted to do. I repeated my question. She replied it was available. I disagreed given the one month supply and asked her how much medication was actually in the bag. When she checked it was in fact only a 20 day supply. I explained I did not want the Rx and that I would fill the Rx elsewhere. I asked why the pharmacy could not treat their customers with some respect and show that they care about what they are doing? I reminded her of the bag absent the medication last week and now this. As I stated my concerns she raised her voice and spoke over me. She had no interest in anything I had to say. I explained that as both a patient of this pharmacy and a physician who writes Rxs regularly, I have never been treated as rudely and dismissively as I have by Walgreens Pharmacy. I asked for her name and she only provided me with Sabrina, her first name. When I asked for her last name she refused (even though it appears on the Rxs they fill). I told her that I would write this review and that I could no longer justify being a patient of this pharmacy or Walgreens in general. I also explained that as a physician, I would inform my patients that if they want to be treated with respect and with any level of acceptable customer service that they should choose a pharmacy other then Walgreens. As I spoke she turned and walked away in the middle of my sentence. Terrible customer service and the employees are rude and dismissive. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They fail at the most basic aspects of their job. Shameful.

Shawn the manager there is awesome! He was super friendly, extremely helpful and didn’t not hesitate to go the extra mile. It was my first time dropping something off for return/ve picked up by USPS and he offered to assist and borrow a little bit of tape! Saved me a trip to the FedEx store. He’s an example to follow. Walgreens should recognize his excellent customer service!

This location just keeps getting better and better. Jennifer, the head pharmacist and pharmacy manager, has an incredible work ethic and is consistently kind and patient in every interaction I’ve witnessed, even with difficult customers. Ali, who I believe is a pharmacy intern, went above and beyond for me this past weekend. I came in close to closing time thinking my prescription had been called in, but it hadn’t. On top of that, my insurance had just expired because I recently opened a new business. Despite all of this and it being late on a Sunday, Ali tried multiple coupon codes and found me a great price. Outstanding staff and exceptional service!!!

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I came in feeling weary and sick, and Sacha helped me so quickly and kindly. I even watched her handle a bunch of yelling, crabby customers before me with patience, efficiency, and a smile. My prescription wasn’t ready when I arrived, but she filled it at lightning speed, apologized for the wait (even though she was extremely quick), and even got the price down with a coupon code. It looked like she was basically working alone with the nice male pharmacist, and they still kept everything moving smoothly. Best pharmacy experience I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back.

Worst Pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. They don’t answer the phone and after being on hold and getting constantly hung up on for a total of 4 hours and 12 minutes, I finally got to speak to the pharmacist and she proceeds to ask me why do I need my medication so bad? Uh trying to find out when I can pick up my prescription so I that can fit it into my schedule while working a full time job shouldn’t be too much to ask! The store part of the pharmacy looks very nice, but don’t be fooled.
