The CVS on South Howard is open all night which suits me very well. They have enough grocery items that I can accomplish those in-between grocery runs without having to go through the huge grocery stores for just a few things. CVS brand products are comparable to many name brands so I save money that way. There are personal and health items frequently on sale that I can stock upon. The store is kept clean. The personnel are always friendly, helpful and professional. It’s a pleasure to shop there.

Minute clinic with horrible customer service. I arrived with an excruciating sinus headache. Went to the self check in kiosk to check and , system informed there was a 10 min wait, I was unable to finish the check in because their computer was not working and the student informed me that the nurse practitioner was with a patient. I wanted for the nurse practitioner to finish with the patient and she proceeded to tell me that I had to wait 2 hours to be seen because she had other patients. There was no one else. I was the only person there. NO EMPATHY, no respect. Will not recommend to anyone. Go to a AFC urgent care. Better prices and services.

Your pharmacy has some of the nicest people working there outside of the actual pharmacist/pharmacists. They have given me issues multiple times whilst trying to refill certain prescriptions. The things you hear and read about in terms of medical professionals being less helpful to Black women has absolutely been my experience. The past 2 months back to back the pharmacist has decided no matter what my doctor says they will only fill it when they want to fill it. Consequently, I missed a whole day of a road trip because the pharmacist on duty refused to fill my script. I knew I was going out of town and had my doctor make sure it would be ready the day before for the next morning. The next morning if mg trip the pharmacy said “We never received it” I immediately get my doctor on the phone and they give the good to go to fill a 2nd time and they say they’ll get it ready in 1.5 hours before their lunch break. I was not able to pick up my medicine until after 3 pm. Had it been a flight I had to catch I wouldn’t missed it for no reason other than the discrimination of the pharmacist. After we waiting and watching over 10 cars be helped for over 30 minutes the pharmacist came to the window with a smile mocking my mother in the drivers seat who he drove to the point of cursing at the young lady at the window for their unprofessional behavior. Your pharmacy was once decent but I’m calling out your blatant discrimination toward Black women. Do better!

I had a prescription at a pharmacy that was not a cvs. They were able to get my prescription transferred even though the other pharmacy was not answering their phone. Pri at CVS was super professional and got the job done. David and all the staff at the pharmacy were very helpful.

i came in one time at 4am and Deborah gave me great conversation and great deals on paper towels, bleach, and even beverages i didn’t plan on buying until she showed me how much I’d save on them.
