The pharmacy staff is over worked and under paid. Lines for medication drop of and pick up are often long and it may take 20-30 minutes to get to the window, it all depends on how many people are in line ahead of you. Normally when I go there are at least 8-12 people ahead of me. I have a great little pair of earbuds that I pop in and I will listen to my music or listen to an audio book. You can't get stressed out over the waiting. I've been getting my prescriptions filled here since the Walgreens on Van Ness and Market Street closed years ago. I also normally get my Covid and Flu shots here because it's super easy to do with or without an appointment. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. If you are cramped for time maybe you could leave earlier..lol I highly recommend the pharmacy and the store. Be prepared for most of the items to be behind plexiglass and require assistance to get or they may even have to carry the items to the register for you. The store as totalled close to $1 Million dollar in theft over the last 8 years and the plexiglass and assistance is all about loss/thrift prevention and was installed by the Corporate Office and not the store. Be mindful of this, the staff are always eager to help get whatever you may need.

Terrible service for passport photos. Avoid at all costs. Took over a half hour to get done. Multiple photo retakes because of the janky white background taped to the wall and incompetent staff. Stamp on the back of the photos smudged and needed to reprint photos to correct it. Staff member didn’t know how to work the reprint process.

Pharmacy always has a huge line and then they won't have the medication even though they could have been proactive and when they received the prescription. 80% of the customers are shoplifters prowling the isles, so expect to be treated accordingly. Having broken my ankle in 2 places and gone through hellish sugery leaving me unable to walk and in some of the worst pain ever......my doctor sent in a prescription for pain meds. First they said they were out and the pharmacist went on to interegate me and told me to come back later. Very frustrating....
