I’ve had mostly terrible experiences at this Walgreens over the last 20 years and it’s at an all time low. But I came here to say that Jennifer in the Pharmacy went above and beyond for me, and she deserves a raise and employee of the month! She fixed a prescription problem for me, remembered me a week later, and set me up for success in the future. Absolutely amazing service. The rest of you should get to work cleaning that disgusting place and stop making the old and sick stand in a mile long line for meds!

Would not recommend printing at this location. I printed 150+ business photo cards (and paid a hefty price at that!). For all 150 of them to have a messed up, misaligned white border that was not part of the image I submitted online. The quality of the image was what I would expect from Walgreens, but I at least expect the image to be correctly projected onto the card.

Pharmacy Review: I've been using this Walgreens pharmacy for over two years, and my experiences have consistently been disappointing. They never proactively inform me when my medications are available, forcing me to call daily and endure hold times averaging 30 minutes. On the rare occasion someone answers, staff members tend to be rude, indifferent, and lack basic customer service skills. Policies seem to be enforced inconsistently, adding further frustration. I strongly recommend choosing another pharmacy and avoiding this location altogether.

Got my flu + covid shots here as a walk in. They took an inexplicably long time to administer the shots - a couple other folks and I waited ~30 minutes to get called up, and this was on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon (3pm)! I also had to do check in twice because there was a problem with their system. When they called me I thought it was time for the shot but it was just to tell me to do the whole check in process all over again.

Agree with whoever below described this Walgreens as having "soviet-level" customer service I've moved my prescriptions to Charlie's drug (1101 Fillmore St) instead
