I literally just waited 20 minutes to get deodorant. If everything is locked up you should have staff available to help. Eventually I had to go and find a staff member to open it up for me, and she made it clear she hated it as much as I did. Do better Walgreens!

They always have everything I want! I get my prescriptions there always a wait bc scripts not ready. Long lines. But worjers are very helpful and polite and they work hard back there! I love Walgreens for the place it is your one stop get everything you'd want from a rx store

What a ridiculous business. It's impossible to call and find out if they have vaccines. It's impossible to find prices. Also, they have all kinds of hidden rules. While their pharmacy is open 24 hrs, they stop giving vaccines at 9 pm. But there is no way to know that without wasting time in line after 9 pm then being sent home. Get ready to see hours of your life squandered if you come here. But actually. It's probably one of the better pharmacies in town.

The Walgreens on 18th and Castro has been indispensable for the past 2yrs. After 10pm it is the only place that is open for some distance. In the past few months there has been a big change in the neighborhood and the store. Every night there is a steady stream of new faces coming into the Castro intent on stealing from Walgreens. It has gotten so bad that the store cant keep stuff on the shelves. The entire candy aisle is currently totally empty. This is really frustrating as there are no other 24hr stores for miles. Things are likely to get worse before they get better. Its time to go back to the drawing board and re-evaluate some things because this is not working.

This Walgreens location had a wonderful customer service. They had available staffing and all of their registers. Customers did not have to wait long. Very convenient. I was out of the store within 4 minutes from purchasing my items
