Understaffed to an insane degree. Kind employees, but expect to wait 15-20 minutes to get a single item out from behind the locked cabinets, and another 20 minutes in line. Walgreens co, please support this location!

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HIRE MORE STAFF. This is the ONLY (chain) PHARMACY IN THE ENTIRE MISSION. The people working pharmacy are incredibly patient and professional considering they must be experiencing front-line-warfare levels of stress at every moment. 45 min wait in pharmacy line. Important to note this is the case at any time of day, weekday or weekend. There's no avoiding it. Then when people finally get to the front just to find out there's a problem with their rx they're so bitter and frustrated at the time wasted they take it out on staff making it drag on even longer. Long line for retail checkout as well because they're having to go open locked cases every other minute. Pretty slow wait if you're there for a vaccine as well although like I said the staff doing it are lovely in my experience. Just miserable doing anything here. Go to the Castro pharmacy instead, I promise the time spent getting there is worth it.

Great Employees. Customer service was definitely a 10 out of 10 for me. Thank you for the help and I will be returning to this Walgreens from now on.

I don't understand why employees don't get asked to be sent home from being sick, as in coughing constantly. Do they know they are even contagious? Now with the superflu on the rise, it's ever more important for them to stay home. Looks like the supervisor for this store isn't doing their part in keeping everybody safe. It's legit a health hazard.

Would be negative stars if possible. This Walgreens is obviously some new level of hell. Often only one person working the pharmacy window and a line that stretches across the back of the dark hellscape of a store. The cheerful music over the speakers makes me wonder if we’re part of some sick experiment, and there’s a host of social scientists in crisp lab coats observing us behind the one way mirrors in the ceiling.
