Walk in vaccination due to inability to schedule a time vaccination from my health service provider.Pharmacy staff was welcoming and tried to find ways to reduce out of pocket cost,but was able to bug emerge vaccination after only a brief wait. Really appreciated the service and noted that other customers were also treated with consideration.

My friend went to the pharmacy today to get some shots. She is a Spanish speaker. The pharmacist or assistant who spoke Spanish fluently was extremely rude to her. When my friend showed he the list of vaccines in Spanish she said she didn't know what they were. Then she said she only had some of the vaccines on the list. I asked for my friend to pass the phone to her so I could explain to her what she needed and she refused. I was on the phone with my friend the entire time and this person kept speaking 100 miles a minute in rapid fire Spanish over her and she kept telling her that she had to leave bc she didn't know what vaccines she wanted. Finally I told my friend to only ask her to do her Polio vaccine. When she told the pharmacist she stared talking very aggressively to her again, not even listening, saying she was going to give her 4 vaccines. My client was very calm and kept telling her she only wanted to get the polio vaccine. Finally when she stopped talking and my client told her again she only wanted the polio vaccine, the lady told her to leave and come back when she knows what she wants. She was extremely rude and verbally abusive. If she didn't speak Spanish I would've understood, but she spoke Spanish better than English. My friend had to leave and go to another pharmacy. This person should be fired. She should have no contact with clients. I have never heard a pharmacist talk and behave so rudely and aggressively as this person.

I had a great visit day today to pick up some prescription at a Walgreen on 30th Street and Mission st, staff very kind and professional.

Me and my friends weren’t allowed to go inside because of our costumes the security was being a complete jerk it’s Halloween night he should be the same way With people that have been stealing a store than people wearing costumes on Halloween night that’s why he should be focused on!
