They deserve zero stars. I was in town visiting family for the holiday and transferred my Mounjaro prescription to this pharmacy. Instead of processing it, they sent a request to my doctor for a new prescription. That same day, my doctor resent it and I called the pharmacy to confirm that it was received on Friday. The person I spoke with said it was received and would be ready Monday afternoon after a shipment came in. I also received a text from the pharmacy on Saturday that the new Rx was received and being reviewed by the pharmacist. I called Monday to check status and spoke with four different people. The first three people claimed there was no valid script on file and they needed a new one from my doctor. I explained over and over again that they do have my script and I confirmed this with them on Friday and can see it in my portal. After 20 minutes of transfers and holds, I was left on a endless hold until the call ended. I called back and spoke with a 4th person who suddenly could see the Rx and claimed my doctor “just” sent it over that moment (a clear lie…again you guys literally have a portal and I can see when my doctor sent it in, called to confirm, and you also sent me a text lol??? attached with time stamps). The 4th person stated it would be ready in one hour. It is now going on Wednesday and my prescription has not been processed. I am extremely disgusted at the way I was talked to, gaslit, and my time wasted with repeated lies. 3/4 of the people I spoke with were rude, one laughed when I asked if I could read my Rx number from the portal that I can see under pharmacist review. Are you kidding? Getting my medication while traveling at a Walgreens pharmacy that I have used for over a decade should not be that hard. But yet. Do not fill here.

Do not use this pharmacy!! My doctor ordered a different amount of a medication so I needed them to return the medication to stock so I can get the new prescription. I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist told me they had not filled the medication there since October 2025 and my insurance would not feel it until February 25th. So I called my insurance and they spoke to the pharmacist and I was told my prescription would be ready by 11:15 a.m. I went there about noon and waited for over 20 minutes in line only could be told my medicine wasn't ready. When I went in today they didn't have the right dose available and told me I'd have to wait which I was not willing to do because I was not feeling well. The gal proceeded to tell me what the issue was which I already knew and she would not listen to me. She just said that I was not listening to her. Their lack of getting things right is very frustrating and I have decided to change pharmacies due to they're unprofessionalism.

Thank goodness I don’t have to go here ever again!! Customers mean NOTHING to these people-they are quick to react and judge plus don’t care to listen!! Not being from the area and having run out of my medication, I called the phone number shown online for this location early this morning. I asked to speak directly with the pharmacy at the store and requested that they call my pharmacy in Florida. I gave the girl their address and phone number to have my medications transferred to this store. Plus I told her that my pharmacy isn't open on weekends. The girl never said there would be a problem! I get to the pharmacy around 7:30pm! Only for them to give me 1 out of 2 meds needed! It was downhill from there! Talk about nasty attitudes not only from the pharmacy cashier but the pharmacist herself! They were filling my prescriptions on the old Walgreens account that I used to have over a year ago!! I stopped using Walgreens back then because they had major computer database issues that they could never resolve with my co-pay card! And, for this location to ASSUME that I was still their customer and all is the same from over a year ago is poor practice and really poor service! After a household move doctors changed, prescriptions changed and they called my old doctors to get my prescriptions and that was why they said the 2nd prescription couldn't be filled because I had no refills available! They were asking the wrong doctor-paying NO ATTENTION to the instructions I gave over the phone AND no one ever called me to explain or ask me questions!!

I was having trouble filling a prescription and Karess fixed everything within mins! Thank you so much!!!! Karess, was kind, straight to the point, and fixed the issue so fast!

The pharmacy at this location is awesome! Prescriptions get filled very quickly. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Walgreens technology is really good (app and online). Communication with me is always great! I love this Walgreens!
