100% disgusting experience I had in the bathroom just now. I took photos and left. This is a major health violation and poorly maintained. There is no purpose of using this restroom and it looks abandoned like seriously! It has human poop on the walls and stuck in the toilet and the moment I walked in the bathroom the odor smell was horrendous and heavy and no air circulation at all and sooo strong to the point of me needing to hold my breath as long as possible just to go pee and leave without trying to touch the door handle as it clearly shows it's never been wiped down and used my own hand sanitizer when I got to my vehicle. This store needs to be exposed major for sure! I'm looking out for other people and they kids and elders. And the sink clearly shows its not clean or the toilet stall as its all built up yuk color all over the areas shown in the photos. They need new everything installed and new staff employee that know what they are doing to take care of the whole area and even the paper toils and trash bin is all open and exposed and showing from the backside of the door also is build up nasty stuff. Major fire hazard also. The stalls are not even cleaned properly with major stains underneath and also no sent spray thar works either. Overall, this is sickening, and this whole building and employees and management and ownership needs to be known and held accountable and especially the management and the boss that owns this building. Shame on you! You see it and you do nothing to show you care about the people shopping here. I hope the news reports this also, or if not I will directly. People in this Society of town need to speak up and not be shy to say what is not okay When shopping or just simply needing to use the bathroom.

I would have given Walgreens five stars but unfortunately your lacking a star for your customer service... There's no friendly smiles and you can't find a sales associate when you need help... And what happen to greeting the customers?, that no longer exist.... But I love the prices, and sometimes it can be a one stop shop for most of the items that I am looking for.

I love walgreens on pacific and willow. The employees are so friendly and know you by name. The store is always clean. Love this place

Extremely awful and rude male pharmacist. Canceled a crucial prescription after I attempted to get information on it after their own internal mix up that assigned me two accounts. Gave me no reason, no attempt to remedy or contact the prescribing physician.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. Don’t ever call or go to this pharmacy. Terrible customer service. They will pass you off multiple times before anybody helps you. I was on the phone with them for more than 25 minutes trying to call in a prescription and I still didn’t get a hold of anybody. Completely unprofessional, they have no idea what they’re doing.
