Dentist sent a prescription to pick up at walgreens For the penicillin & ibuprofen. Drive there to pick up and not ready. Waiting like 40 minutes and staff was not that great of help. Didn’t wanna wait 2 to 3 hours for it because needed it’s soon. So decided to call my dentist to send prescription to a different location at CVS instead. Only 10 minutes and wow that was super fast service.

I know there are a multitude of bad reviews for this pharmacy, but personally I've never had an issue. Me and my family have come here for most of my 21 years, and the staff has almost always been competent, efficient, understanding, and all together not what most other reviewers of this pharmacy say they are. Just now, moments before writing this review, I walked in, paid for my medication, and walked out, within 6 minutes, with absolutely no cause to write a scathing review. There was even some minor user error on my part, but the staff were able to correct it and make my visit as efficient as possible. To all who wrote, or are about to write, scathing reviews of this pharmacy and its staff, try to have a little compassion and understanding. These people are just trying to do their jobs, and in my experience they do them very much well enough; even the young ones that have less experience. Enclosed are some photos of the store part. These are only some sections, but I tried to capture the important ones. They will most likely have what you need, if it's snacks, emergency extra clothes, or simple bandages or over the counter relief medication. They have a photo printing area with a competent staff and clean machines, and a good skincare and makeup section with its own counter and cashier. Once only been so dissapointed a few times, and then they always knew a good replacement they had in stock. The managers are active and are just as helpful as the staff, and the staff themselves are happy: all good signs. No complaints whatsoever. Good job. Thank you for being my corner Walgreens my entire life.

Staff at this Walgreens don’t have customer services. On 11/24/25 @ 7 ish pm when I was there, one of the staff there, not sure what is her name talks very disrespectful to me. Her tone of voice is harsh. Even if the medication is not there she could have talk nicer. I don’t appreciate staff talking so mean like that. I’m there just to pick up, she just needs to kindly search and let me know what I need to do or have the doctor to re-order I decided to transfer out from this Walgreens

If you are requesting your prescriptions through Walgreens and you live within 50 miles of here. Change your pickup location to 1790 Shaw Ave Clovis, CA 93611. I can't speak on the patient service of all the employees, but it did seem like this applies to everyone here. I CAN speak on how kickass Troy the pharmacist is. There was another location that didn't have my prescription in stock, and when I got ahold of someone here it was Troy the pharmacist, and bro helped me like I was a damn family member. Stop wasting your time elsewhere on other pharmacies. Go here.

Pharmacy has been horrible lately. 3 times I have gone in to pick up a prescription, the same day I receive a text message reminder, when I go to pick it up it is no longer available and I have to wait for it to be put together again.
